A fun family life style resort destination shopping experience with something for everyone, visitors and residents alike, Queens’ MarketPlace presents an exciting collection of boutiques, galleries, shops and services, plus a delightfully diverse Ono Food Court, upscale restaurants and a full schedule of free Hawaiian cultural activities and entertainment.
Meet at the Clock, marvel at the meandering water features and fountains, and learn about Hawaii’s Queens from bronze plaques in the rotunda. Then, explore stores like SoHa Living, Blue Ginger Family, Reyn’s, Local Motion, Persimmon and Sunglass Hut, or take a break at Starbucks. Plus a food and wine emporium with everything to suit your tastes, from gourmet to local-style “grinds.”
All of Hawaii is open for business and welcoming visitors with the hospitality, aloha, warmth and picturesque settings visitors seek in our islands. This includes Hilo, Pahoa and the Kona and Kohala coasts on the island of Hawaii. The one area that people need to avoid is lower Puna where the eruption is ongoing.
Kilauea activity is limited to the lower eastern corner, a very small part of the Island of Hawaii. We continue to be concerned for our friends in the affected area. Queens’ MarketPlace at Waikoloa Beach Resort is located approximately 90 miles away and we welcome all visitors. Both Kona and Hilo airports are open and operating normally.
Queens’ MarketPlace at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a perfect location to relax, take in some sunshine and enjoy your vacation. Our shops and restaurants continue to run every day sharing ALOHA!!
In December, a new coffee table book on Waikoloa Beach Resort, “THE GATHERING PLACE of the Kohala Coast,” was published. In thoroughly researched text and artful photography, the book details the history of the land on which the resort is built from its earliest days and follows the vision and development of the property through the present. Chapters focus on the many people whose hard work and dedication made Waikoloa the successful resort it is today, as well as the cultural, culinary, and recreational events that have been held over the years. A timeline is included, as well as fascinating details about Waikoloa Village, which was originally part of the whole plan. Recently Featured in West Hawaii Today - Read the Release >>
